Hemchandra, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Rendy Maibam, learned counsel appeared on behalf of petitioner and fairly submitted that by efflux of time, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition and the present writ petition can be closed as infructuous. Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has been furnished the charge-sheet in connection with the Departmental Enquiry initiated against him, however, the petitioner has not extended any co-operation in connection with the said Departmental Enquiry. Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned Senior Advocate responded to the submission made by the learned GA that the petitioner is fully co-operating with the Departmental Enquiry.
