IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) No.14165 of 2026 CORAM: JUSTICE SASHIKANTA MISHRA ORDER 06.05.2026 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the consequential action taken against them on the basis of order passed by the Appellate Authority under Regulation-2 of 1956. The main order passed in appeal has itself not been challenged. 3. However, the consequential action for eviction initiated against the petitioners being based on the order passed by the appellate authority, the writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to prefer revision within fifteen days from today. If such revision is filed within the stipulated period along with application seeking condonation of delay, the same shall be considered liberally by the revisional authority and the revision shall be heard on its own merit. 4. It shall also be open to the petitioners to file necessary application seeking appropriate interim relief to protect their possession. If such application is moved, the revisional authority shall consider the same promptly and pass appropriate orders.
