The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dhurki P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 64(1), 69, 352, 351(2), 336(3)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant were in relationship since 2023 itself, whereas, the F.I.R. was lodged on 10.06.2025 alleging therein that the petitioner has refused to marry her. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that on the pretext of marriage relationship was established. 5. In the F.I.R. itself, it has been stated that they were in relationship since 2023 whereas the F.I.R. has been lodged on 10.06.2025. It appears that the relationship was consensual in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2025 and the charge sheet has already been submitted. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) ( 2026:JHHC:1826 ) 2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Dhurki P.S.
