Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl. OP. No.3409 of 2026 dated 19.02.2026 that “ the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation’ is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
