The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 109(1)/ 115(2)/ 126(2)/ 303(2) and 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that general and omnibus allegations of assault are made against the three of the persons and even the date of occurrence and time has not been disclosed in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering the contents of the F.I.R. , it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons of assault and the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2025 and the charge sheet has also been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
