Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has thirteen previous cases, out of which, one is registered under the NDPS Act and the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. Hence, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court. Accordingly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute.
