No.16 of 2026 2. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichirappali, dated 13.11.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.21728 of 2025, whereby petition filed under Section 175(3) of BNSS was rejected on the ground that petitioner had not first lodged a complaint before the officer-in-charge of the police station, namely, the Station House Officer, and had instead directly submitted a complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police. 3.
