1. We have heard Mr. R.Sharma, learned Sr. counsel, assisted by Mr. N. Khera, learned counsel, for the applicant/appellant.
2. None appears for the respondents/opposite parties.
3. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 36 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 06.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 419/2019.

5. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 36 days in preferring the connected appeal.
