Further, the earlier writ petition being W.P.(C)1059 of 2019 filed by the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 24.09.2024, which reads as under: 1. On the instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the other side has no objection. 3. Permission is accorded. 4.
