Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this in W.P.No.16832 of 2020 dated 23.07.2026 and he would request this Court to pass same order in the present Writ Petition also. 2. As the reliefs in both the Writ Petitions are identical, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 23.07.2026 in W.P.No.16832 of 2020 and the respondents are directed to regularise the services of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
