The affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record. 2. This Court finds that the Bank has issued the show-cause notice on 24.04.2024 calling upon the petitioners to file their objections as to why the petitioners have not been declared as wilful defaulter. On receipt of the said show- cause notice, the petitioners have submitted a reply to the Bank and the receipt of the reply, the Bank by a letter dated July 12, 2025 informed the petitioners that the representations submitted by the petitioners are not satisfactory but the Bank has not passed any order by declaring the petitioners as wilful defaulter. 3. Now the Bank has issued a notice to the petitioners for personal hearing on February 12, 2026 directing the 2 petitioners to appear before the Review Committee on February 27, 2026. 4. This Court finds that the Bank has not taken any final decision and still the Bank is giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and notice has been issued to the petitioners for personal hearing. Thus, this Court is of the view that if the petitioners are having any grievances either with regard to the authority of issuance of the show-cause notice, notice dated July 12, 2025 and the committee who is holding for personal hearing, the petitioners can raise all the points before the committee and the committee is entitled to take appropriate decision on the submission of the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, WPA 22057 of 2024 is disposed of. 6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
