PER, SUJOY PAUL, CJ.:
1. The writ petitioners, respondent/State and the respondent no.5 are represented by their respective learned counsels.
2. Sri De, learned counsel for the respondent/State, at the outset, submits that the Bengali translation of “Danpatra” dated 16th November, 1977, does not tally with the English translation. He raised serious objection regarding the words “and by establishing health centre” inserted in the English translation, which is missing in the original Bangla script.

3. Faced with this, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the document is very old and not properly legible.
There may be translation/typing errors. He may be permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty to file a properly constituted petition alongwith the correctly translated document.
4. Sri De, learned counsel for respondent/State has no objection.
5. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
