Mr. Navdeep Kalair, Advocate, who is present in the Court through video conferencing accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent No.1 and submits that he has no objection, if the instant application is allowed. 4. Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved in terms of the deed of compromise/settlement deed/MOU dated 04.12.2025. Accordingly, the present appeal may be disposed of. 2. In view of the above, the deed of compromise/settlement deed/MOU dated 04.12.2025 is taken on record. The present appeal stands disposed of with the direction that both the parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations as recorded in the said settlement. 3. All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
