Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and is ready to co-operate with the investigation and also ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police while opposing the anticipatory bail to the petitioner reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the accused committed penetrative sexual assault. 5. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) it is a case of penetrative sexual assault meted out by the victim. Since custodial interrogation may require, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
