ORDER OR DIRECTION BY DIRECTING THE RESPONDENTS 1 TO 4 OF THE BRUHAT BENGALURU MAHANAGARA PALIKE (BBMP) TO CONSIDER PETITIONER S COMPLAINT DATED 16.09.2025 SUBMITTED ON 26.09.2025 VIDE ANNEXURE - A, IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW AND WITHIN A TIME-BOUND MANNER, ETC.

ORAL ORDER
1. The writ petition is filed by making an allegation against respondent nos.5 and 6 that they have put up construction in violation of the building bye-laws and the sanctioned plan.
2. On 12.02.2026, the following order was passed:- ”1. Sri.Abhilash, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents No.5 and 6, hence, question of making payment of process fee in respect of respondents No.5 and 6 does not arise.

Learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 6 submits that respondents No.5 and 6 have stopped construction.

3. Sri.Pawan Kumar, learned counsel submits he would be filing inspection report by taking into account the regulation 5.01.2026 by
16.02.2026. He is also directed to furnish copy of the inspection report to the petitioner, as also respondents No.5 and 6 by end of day 24.02.2026. Learned counsel for respondents No.5 and 6 is seeks two weeks’ time to file objections to the main petition, as also the inspection report.

Learned counsel appearing for the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA), upon instructions, submits that subsequent to the orders of this Court, an inspection has been conducted in respect of the property of respondent nos.5 and 6 and it is found that they have put up construction in violation of the building bye-laws and the sanctioned plan.
4. For the aforementioned reasons, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent nos.1 to 4 to conduct the necessary enquiry in accordance with law and to take appropriate action against the illegal construction said to have been put up by respondent Nos.5 and 6.

5. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from today.
6. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
