It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's father was employed in Saraswathi Mills Ltd and in Golden Hills Estates Pvt Ltd. The petitioner's father died in the year 2003 and no claim was made immediately. The petitioner submitted a representation on 15.10.2025 seeking for verification and settlement, however, no order is forthcoming. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
