1. Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the applicant.
2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. Present applicant Badal, S/o Babu is praying for bail in reference to Case Crime No. 307 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Section 109(1) of BNS 2023 read with Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, P.S. Kotwali Roorkee District Haridwar.
4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and it is a case of no injury and the present applicant is languishing in jail since 29.08.2025, and with regard to the criminal antecedent only one case has been shown which is much prior to the alleged incident. He further submits that the other co-accused, namely, Ritik has already been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench on 13.10.2025.
5. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State have not disputed that it is a case of no injury and the other co-accused has already been enlarged on bail and the present applicant is languishing in jail since
29.08.2025.
6. After hearing the submissions of the
learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that other co-accused has

2026:UHC:5904 already been enlarged on bail by the Coordinate Bench, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail.
7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed.
8. Let the applicant ‘Badal’ be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
