The prayer made by the petitioner, in this writ petition is to direct the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi to immediately take necessary steps for removal of encroachment and restore of the physical possession of the secured/mortgaged assets of the petitioner-Bank in terms of order dated 18/10/2024 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI, Act, 2002. 3. When the matter has been listed today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the possession of the mortgaged assets has been handed over to the Bank. Learned counsel for the Bank also admits the aforesaid facts. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am of the opinion that nothing remains in this case to be decided in favour of the petitioner, as the reliefs sought for has already been granted. 5. So far as respondent Nos.6 to 12 are concerned, if they have any claim and want to seek any relief against any of the authorities, it will be open to them to file a separate application before an appropriate forum. 6.
