The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant seeking striking out the names of the respondent No. 7 and respondent No. 10, from the array of respondents in the connected WP(C) No. 1423/2024. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no adverse or necessary interest involved against the respondent No. 7 and respondent No. 10 in the connected writ petition and accordingly, seeks leave of this Court to strike out the names of the respondent No. 7 and respondent No. 10 from the array of respondents in the connected writ petition. 4. Perused the averments made in the application as well as the materials available on record. 5. Considering the averments made in the application, the prayer of the applicant is allowed, however, at the risk of the applicant. 6. The applicant to furnish fresh memo of parties before the Registry within a period of one week from today and thereafter, Registry to do the needful for striking out the names of the respondent Nos. 7 and respondent No. 10 from the cause title of the connected writ petition as well as from CIS.
