Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. Hence, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court. Accordingly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute.
