After arguing some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to this Court to withdraw the instant petition with direction 2 to the learned trial Court to decide the matter as early as possible. 2. Leaned counsel for the State has no objection on the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and further considering the fact that some prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is regularly going on. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. However, this Court hopes and trust that the trial Court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the trial in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. as expeditiously as possible.
