The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.28 of 2025, for offence registered under section 334(1), 305(e) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of coaccused Israil Ansari and Ali Mohammad. He further submits that the alleged iron articles have been recovered from the possession of coaccused Shubham Kumar who runs the scrap shop. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.11 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of coaccused. 2026:JHHC:1102 2 5. Considering that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of coaccused and the stolen articles have been recovered from the shop of one Shubham Kumar, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Narkopi P.S.
