It is orally submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that this contempt petition was filed against the interim order dated 06.10.2023, passed by this Court in WPMB No. 284 of 2023, Beena & Another vs. State of Uttarakhand & Others. He further submits that since the said writ petition has been finally disposed of, therefore, there is no use in keeping this contempt petition pending, therefore, petitioners do not want to press the present contempt petition. 5.
