This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Jahid Hasan @ Jahid Hassain, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Fakirganj P.S. Case No. 16/2026 registered under Sections 96/64(1)/3(5) of BNS, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Fakirganj P.S. Case No. 16/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 55/2026 dated 13.06.2026. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court for his regular bail in said Fakirganj P.S. Case No. 16/2026, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. 6.
