The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 171/2026 registered at Police Station Bagru, District Jaipur (West) for the offences under Sections 318(4), 112(2) and 61(2) of BNS and Section 13 of R.P.G.O. and Sections 66C and 66D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that prima facie offence under Section 112(2) of BNS is not made out against the petitioner and maximum punishment under Section 13 of RPGO is one month simple or rigorous imprisonment or fine of Rs. 100/-. The accused-petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2026 and the trial of the case may take [2026:RJ-JP:21600] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7888/2026] considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused- petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that accused-petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2026 and the trial of the case may take considerable time, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Sachin Swami S/o Sh. Ranveer Singh, in connection with FIR No. 171/2026 registered at Police Station Bagru, District Jaipur (West) shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
