It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner was selected for appointment to the post of Sahayak Acharya (Teacher) on 30.08.2025, but till date the appointment has not been approved. The prayer of the petitioner is that a direction be given for grant of necessary approval. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that after the petitioner was selected for appointment, several complaints were made and the authorities are scrutinizing those complaints. Only after scrutinizing those complaints, the respondents can arrive at a conclusion as to whether there is any merit in the said complaints or not and then only appropriate order can be passed. 4. An advertisement was published by Sant Stanislasa Middle School, Agharma, Kolebira, Simdega for appointment of Sahayak Acharya. The petitioner applied along with others and thereafter was selected for the said post. The Managing Committee approved the said selection of the petitioner and the matter was referred to the District Superintendent of Education for approval. The Area Education Officer has also recommended the same, but the final order is yet to be passed. 5. Considering the submission of the parties, and the facts that the petitioner has been selected and now it is necessary to approve the petitioner’s selection by the State, I direct the respondent No.8- The District Superintendent of Education, Simdega to look into the complaints received in respect of selection process of Sant Stanislasa Middle School, Agharma, Kolebira, Simdega for appointment of Sahayak Acharya. After considering the complaints, the District Superintendent of Education will take a final decision within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If it is found that there was no illegality or irregularity in the said process of appointment, necessary approval should be granted. 6. If for any justified reasons, the approval is refused, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner. 7. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
