Baruah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that in pursuance to the Show-cause Notice which was issued on 28.02.2024, the petitioners have submitted a reply. Thereupon, there is nothing informed to the petitioners. He, therefore, submitted that the petitioners would be well advised not to further pursue the instant proceeding, but with the liberty to approach the appropriate forum, including this Court, if so need arises. 2. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal and liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate form, including this Court, if so need arises. 3.
