GP FOR MINES AND GEOLOGY The Court made the following: This petition is filed to amend the clerical mistake crept in the writ petition as well as miscellaneous petitions by replacing the words “The Tahsildar, Tadepalli Mandal, with “The Tahsildar, Thulluru Mandal” and the words “The Station House Officer, Tadepalli Police Station” with “The Station House Officer, Thulluru Police Station”. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it was stated that the said mistake is purely a typographical mistake and it was occurred due to inadvertence, as a result, the said mistake was reflected in the order dated 11.08.2026. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The words “The Tahsildar, Tadepalli Mandal, shall be replaced with “The Tahsildar, Thulluru Mandal” and also the words “The Station House Officer, Tadepalli Police Station” shall be replaced with the words “The Station House Officer, Thulluru Police Station”.
