P.P. 04/16.01.2026 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025, registered under sections 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 33 of the Indian Forest Act and section 30 (ii) of the Coal Mines Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be owner of the truck in question and allegation is made that illegally 29 tonnes of coal was loaded on the said truck. He next submits that the said consignment was of another person and if any document is created that was of the person who has made the consignment of that truck. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 18 of the petition and petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that forged document was utilized for carrying the coal. ( 2026:JHHC:1104 ) 2 5. Considering that petitioner is owner of the truck in question, he has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 18 of the petition, petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2025 and consignment was of another person, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P.S.
