(ii) Declare that the action of Respondent No.1 being directed by Respondent No.2 to freeze the petitioner’s salary is illegal, arbitrary, coercive, and violative of Articles 14 and 21. (iii) Direct Respondent No.1 (SBI) to follow due legal process for loan recovery in accordance with law and RBI guidelines. (iv) Direct Respondents to compensate the petitioner for mental harassment, illegal freezing of salary, and violation of RBI norms. (v) Any other relief that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit may also be granted in the interest of justice.” 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as the petitioner’s bank account has been released from hold. 4.
