By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15-7-2025 passed by the respondent No. 5/Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhatapara, District Bhatapara-Balodabajar, whereby mutation order passed in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled. Since the order passed by the respondent No. 5/ Tehsildar is appellable before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition invoking extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before the superior authority to respondent No. 5 under the relevant provisions of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959. 2.
