By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has challenged the decision of the Technical Evaluation Committee rejecting the petitioner’s bid in the technical round. 2. Learned State Counsel states that the advertisement itself has been cancelled. The communication received by him from the concerned Executive Engineer has been placed on record along with order dated 18.06.2026 cancelling the tender. 3. In view of the said development, the challenge has been rendered infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
