DATED : 10.09.2026 This is an application seeking extension of interim order passed by this Court on 07.07.2026. On the said day, even though the petitions in question were withdrawn, the interim order dated 24.06.2026 was extended till 24.07.2026. The said interim order pertains to staying of the effect, operation, and the execution of the order dated 09.06.2026 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Amravati. It is the contention of the applicants that even though substantive revision pends before the respondent/State which is filed under Section 154, along with an application for stay, there is no order passed on the said application. (2) 1 wp 4896-2026 2. The learned Counsel for the applicant points out that the application has already been replied to, but there is no further date given for hearing of the stay application. 3. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The interim order dated 07.07.2026 is extended till the stay application is decided by the Revisional Authority on its own merits. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and it would be for the Revisional Authority to decide the same on its own merits. 4. It is also clarified that the applicants would not seek any adjournment seeking advantage of the stay granted by this Court. 5. If such a fact is found by the Revisional Authority, the non-applicants are at liberty to point the same to the Revisional Authority to decide it accordingly, 6. The application is disposed of.
