On 08.05.2026, learned counsel for the respondents sought time to comply with the impugned judgment. 3. Today, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record documents showing the details of the payment made to the present petitioner, Partap Singh, pursuant to the order passed by the Assistant Collector, HRTC Head Office, Shimla, H.P., and submitted that the judgment passed by this Court stands complied with. 4.
