1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition with following prayers:-
"It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and further be pleased to: i) Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature thereof thereby, the respondents may kindly be directed to upload the answer scripts of petitioner on the official website and thereby allow the petitioner to inspect answer script/sheet for RAS (Mains) Examination-2021 as shown to the similarly situated candidates. ii) Pass any other appropriate order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the Petitioner. iii) Cost of the writ petition be also awarded in favour of the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared in main examination under the interim
order of this Court and she may be allowed to inspect the answer book of main examination.

Learned counsel for the respondent, although, does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, yet submits that such direction may not create any equity or right in favour of the petitioner.

In view of consensus arrived at between learned counsel for the parties, the respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to inspect her answer book of main examination physically in the office of respondent-Commission. However, it is made clear that such inspection shall neither a create any equity nor would confer any rights upon the petitioner.
5. In view of above direction, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
