She has placed on record communication dated 15.05.2026 issued by Regional Manager H.R.T.C Nagrota Bagwan to the Financial Advisor & Chief Account Officer, HRTC, Shimla-03, which reveals that the respondents intend to comply with the judgment in a phased manner by making payment in installments. 2. Learned vice counsel for the respondents submits that first installment of payment shall be made during the course of the day and the remaining payment shall be made in the phased manner. 3. In view of above statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and the same is accordingly closed.
