Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mutation application of the petitioner has been rejected on the erroneous grounds and without hearing the petitioner. These grounds can also be taken before the appellate authority who can very well consider and appreciate the same. 2. Since the order is appealable before the Deputy Commissioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 3.
