1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following order:
1. Sri V.S. Likhith, learned counsel representing Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant criminal revision case.
2. It appears that the instant criminal revision case has been preferred against the order of acquittal passed by learned jurisdictional Magistrate in Calendar Case No.468 of 2007, wherein and whereunder learned trial court found A.1 to A.4 not guilty of the offences punishable under Section 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Since the de facto complainant has chosen not to proceed further with the instant criminal revision case, this Court finds no reason to proceed with the matter further.
4. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
