Petitioners, through the medium of this petition, claiming to be the owners in possession of the land comprising Khasra Nos. 384, 385, 388, 350 and 387 situated at Village Mangota, Tehsil Marmat, District Doda, for which they had applied to the Tehsildar Marmat for demarcation of the land through the official Online Revenue Portal on 04.02.2025 and that their application has been rejected on 07.02.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents had illegally rejected petitioners’ application bearing Application No. 09590402202521808079 dated 04.02.2025 for demarcation of the land and thereafter the petitioners had filed a detailed representation on 03.03.2026 before the respondent No. 3-Tehsildar Marmat, requesting him to conduct special, detailed and intensive demarcation of the land falling under the aforesaid Khasra numbers with particular reference to the alignment of the Link Road from Main Road Dera to Hamdanpur and alleged that the respondents have not acted upon the application as well. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied in case the petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 3-Tehsildar Marmat to consider the detailed representation moved to him on 03.03.2026 for effective demarcation of the petitioners’ land. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, did not resist the plea made on behalf of the petitioners, for disposal of the petition at this stage, with direction as prayed for. 5. In view of the above the pleadings and submissions made at Bar, this petition is disposed of at this motion stage with the direction to respondent No. 3-Tehsildar Marmat, District Doda, to consider the representation filed by the petitioners on 03.03.2026 for demarcation of their land, expeditiously, particularly in terms of J&K Public Services Guarantee Act. 6.
