In both the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made to quash the impugned FIR No.54/2023 registered with [2026:RJ-JP:21592] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-5292/2023] Police Station Udhyog Nagar, District Kota City for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Udhyog Nagar, District Kota City, that after investigation, the Police has submitted final report negative in the instant matter before the concerned Court on 23.12.2025 by treating the instant case of civil nature. He further submits that under the changed circumstances, both the instant criminal misc. petitions have become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, both the instant criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay applications as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
