Heard Mr. D. Barman, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. In Criminal Revision Petition No. 360/2010, by order dated 29.05.2020 this Court directed the applicant to appear before the learned Trial Court within 3 (three) months and to pay the fine or serve out the default sentence. The applicant submits that he has been ailing for a long time period for which he could not appear before
Page No.# 2/2 the learned Trial Court within the stipulated period, as directed by this Court. Therefore, the applicant prays for another 10 (ten) days’ time to comply with the order aforesaid. After considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and after going through the record, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. Accordingly, another 30 (thirty) days’ time from today is given to the applicant to appear before the learned Trial Court. This order shall form a part of the order dated 29.05.2020 passed in Crl Rev. Petition No. 360/2010. With the above, the present interlocutory application is disposed of.
