In all the instant three petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.173/2022 registered with Police Station Balaran, District Sikar for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 283, 384 and 297 IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of factual report dated 22.09.2024 received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Laxmangarh, District Sikar, that involvement of the accused persons namely Amrit Khayalia, Allanoor, Ratanlal Godara, Bhagirath Mal, Rajesh Kumar and Mohammed Ajiz was not found to be proved. He further submitted that certain unknown persons obstructed the way by keeping the dead body of the deceased on the road. He further submits that the Police is trying to trace those accused persons. 3. Considering the above factual report so furnished by the Station House Officer, Police Station Laxmangarh, Sikar, now no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with these petitions, hence the same have become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, all the three instant criminal petitions stand disposed of, by treating the same as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to submit application for revival of these petitions and recall of this order, in case any cause of action/grievance still survives. 5.
