This is an application for modification/relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by this Court vide order dated 10/09/2026, which reads as under:- “The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. as well as, as and when called by the Investigating Officer.” 3. At the outset, the learned counsel for applicant submits that inadvertently, she has made non-applicant No.2 as a party, therefore, she seeks permission to delete non-applicant No.2. 4. Permission granted. 5. Deletion be made forthwith. 6. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has made allegation against one 2 901 appp 3085.26 Prashant P. Rathod,, P.S.I., Malkaplur Police Station, Buldhana that he is acting against the applicant, there he cannot appear before the Malkapur Police Station. The applicant is having threat to his life. At presently, said Mr. Prashant P. Rathod, P.S.I. is posted at Malkapur (Gramin) Police Station, therefore, the learned counsel submits that he is necessary party. 7. Since specific allegations have been made against Mr. Prashant P. Rathod, P.S.I., therefore, in my opinion, Mr. Prashant P. Rathod, P.S.I. is necessary party. 8. In view of above, applicant is permitted to add Mr. Prashant P. Rathod, P.S.I as necessary party – non- applicant. 9. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 10. After addition of Mr. Prashant P. Rathod, P.S.I as necessary party – non-applicant, issue notice to the non- applicants returnable on 24/09/2026.
