Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in pursuance of the application of the petitioner, the subject construction has been regularized vide proceedings dated 07.10.2016 under the BPS scheme. The relevant proceedings are placed on record. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
