Kj ORDER In a proposed suit for recovery of money, the intending plaintiff has applied for leave to sue the first respondent/first defendant before this Court. 2. In the draft plaint, it is stated that both MOU dated 12.07.2020 and the subsequent closure agreement dated 31.03.2022 were executed at Chennai. It is also stated that the closure agreement contains a clause agreeing to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai. 3. Upon considering the aforesaid, it appears that the cause of action has arisen substantially within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the first respondent before this Court.
