Learned State Counsel, however, points out that Executive Officer has merely recommended the application made by respondent no. 4 for getting house plan sanctioned and sanction has not been given as alleged by the petitioner. 6. This Court is not inclined to go into all those issues in this writ petition. If petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the respondent no. 2. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation before respondent no. 2. If petitioner makes such representation within one week, respondent no. 2 shall consider the same, as per law, expeditiously.
