JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 21/05/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 98/2024 registered at Police Station Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS and SOG for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC and Section 66(D) of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that the accused-petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is alleged against the petitioner that he assisted to provide fake certificate from Ramchandra to Yogendra. It is also contended that co-accused Yogendra has already been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 11.05.2026, passed in SB Criminal Misc. [2026:RJ-JP:21613] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-7926/2026] Bail Application No. 5547/2026. The accused-petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that co-accused Yogendra has already been enlarged on bail by this court. It is not desirable to express anything upon the merits of the case therefore without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner namely: Jagdish Saran S/o Madangopal, in connection with FIR No.98/2024 registered at Police Station Special Police Station (SOG), District ATS and SOG, shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
