For Petitioners : Mr.P.G.Gokul Dhas ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioners praying to issue direction to the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, Poonamallee to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.136 of 2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that the Respondent had filed a suit in O.S.No.136 of 2022 before the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, Poonamallee. The Petitioners are Defendants in the said suit. The reliefs sought in O.S.No.136 of 2022 are as follows: (a) For permanent injunction restraining the Defendants 1, 2 and 3 or their men, agents, servants any persons acting under them from selling or in anyway encumbering the property measuring an extent of 10.509 sq.ft bearing Door No.3/283, New No.4/285 as morefully described in the schedule hereunder and also, not to interfering with the peaceful https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P.(PD)No.1144 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 possession and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned suit property by the Plaintiffs; and (b) For directing the defendants to pay the cost of the suit. The said suit is still pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, Poonamallee. The 1st Petitioner/1st Defendant is a senior citizen aged about 68 years. Therefore, the learned counsel prayed that appropriate direction may be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the suit. 3. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioners and perused the materials available on record. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the Petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur, Poonamallee to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.136 of 2022, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
