Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 12.05.2026 issued by the Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and office order dated 13.05.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School, Education (Elementary), Mandi, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order dated 13.05.2026 reveals that the pay of the petitioners has been fixed at Rs.40,100/- after completion of two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830/2023 and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:16801 ) 2 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that in case the respondents do not release the arrears in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
