By way of this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition no.(iv) imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2026 passed in Criminal Application No.502 of 2026, which reads as follows : “(iv) The applicant shall attend Police Station once in a week, i.e., on every Monday between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.” 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the date of the passing of the order, the applicant is attending the concerned Police Station regularly. Now, the trial is going on and so the said condition would not serve any purpose as condition no.(vii) of the said order directed the applicant to attend the trial on each and every date regularly. Therefore, considering the aforestated fact, condition no.(iv) is prayed to be relaxed. 4. On the other hand learned APP opposed the 2 23.appp.3050.2026 application and prayed to reject the same. 5. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the record. It appears that the applicant is regularly attending the police station as directed, since the date of passing of the order. So also, already the applicant was directed to attend the trial regularly and therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping condition no.(iv) as it is. Considering all these facts and circumstances, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order : (a) The application is allowed. (b) Condition no.(iv) imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2026 is hereby relaxed. 6. With these observations, the application stands disposed of. (M.M.
